Introduction: This document outlines the terms and conditions under which NFT (Non-Fungible Token) will be offered, sold, and managed by the team behind the Spawnlings. By acquiring an NFT, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

NFT Description: The NFT represents a unique digital asset that may include, but is not limited to, artwork, collectibles, or other digital content. The NFT is stored on a blockchain and is unique, indivisible, and non-interchangeable.

Legal Compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to research and confirm that NFT transactions are allowed in their country or region. The creators of the NFT will not be held accountable for any legal issues that may arise from the buyer's purchase of the NFT. The buyer understands that NFT transactions may be subject to local laws and regulations and is solely responsible for ensuring that their transaction complies with such laws and regulations.

Ownership and Transfer: The buyer is purchasing the NFT and will own the NFT once the transaction is complete. The NFT is transferable and can be sold or gifted to another party.

Disclaimer: The creators of the Spawnlings make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the NFT or its ability to appreciate in value. The buyer understands and agrees that the creator of the Spawnlings NFTs are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the purchase or ownership of the NFT.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdictions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

Roadmap and Delivery Promise: While the creators of the NFT have outlined a roadmap and delivery promise, they cannot guarantee that the entire roadmap will be completed or that the delivery promise will be fulfilled. The creators of the NFT will not be held accountable for any failure to complete the roadmap or deliver their promise.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

Amendment: These terms and conditions may be amended by the creators of the Spawnlings NFT at any time without notice to the buyer. The amended terms and conditions shall be binding on the buyer from the date of such amendment.
